InfoJobs is Spain's default generalist, carrying around 60,000 live vacancies across commercial, administrative, hospitality and technical work. Who is on it, what a listing is worth, and the two kinds of hire that belong elsewhere.
Spain’s default, without the hedging
An unfiltered search on infojobs.net on 12 August 2026 showed about 60,000 live vacancies, from a counter that read 59,326 before the page rounded it off. One board, one country, and a volume that most European markets split between a professional site, a generalist and an aggregator.
That is the reason this page can drop the language board write-ups usually reach for. InfoJobs is not “a strong option for Spanish hiring”. For the majority of roles advertised in Spain it is the default: the site candidates open first, and the benchmark your ad is measured against whether or not you buy it. Everything else in a Spanish plan is something you add around it.
The distinction between reach and default status is worth naming, because it decides what you are actually paying for. Reach can be assembled. Three smaller boards will eventually put your ad in front of a comparable number of people. Being the first place someone looks cannot be assembled, and no budget spent elsewhere buys the opening minutes of a candidate’s search.
Who is on the other side of it
A generalist, and an unusually complete one. Sales and commercial roles, administration, customer service, hospitality, logistics, warehouse and retail sit on the same site as a real, if not dominant, technical population. Where other markets divide between a white-collar board and a volume board, Spain keeps far more of both in one place.
That shifts the question you should be asking. Not “does my role belong here”, which it almost certainly does, but “will my ad hold up against the company it keeps”. A common job title on a generalist this size draws a deep field quickly, and what separates a good outcome from a poor one is the title you write, whether the salary is on the ad, and how fast you reply. None of that is a channel decision.
One qualification. The audience here is active rather than passive: people are on the site because they are looking now. For a vacancy you need filled, that is precisely right. For a quiet approach to someone content where they are, it is the wrong instrument, and a professional network does that job better.
The whole catalogue is one line
Standard+, sixty days, €492 through Join. Not the entry rung, the entire thing. There is no cheaper listing underneath and no highlighted upgrade above, which is why this page is brief about the subject most board pages spend their length on.
It also means there is nothing to compare it with. No InfoJobs list price is recorded, so this page will not tell you what booking here saves you; it can only tell you what it costs. And because there is no organic route, the first euro is a commitment rather than a trial. On a board with an organic listing the sensible order is list, watch, then pay. Here it is decide, then pay properly.
Which leaves the one question worth having: is €492 for sixty days right for this vacancy? For a permanent Spanish role that is signed off and that you intend to fill, that is a straightforward yes. Two cases where it is not follow.
Who should leave it alone
The first is the role with a specialist Spanish board behind it. A particular clinical qualification, a narrow engineering discipline, a language-teaching post: vacancies like these reach their whole plausible audience on a site a fraction of this size, and reach it for less. On a generalist the same ad competes for attention with thousands of unrelated ones. Buy the general channel when the field you want is general.
The second is the hire on a short fuse. Sixty days is a runtime you cannot shorten and it is priced as one. If the role is a backfill you mean to close in three weeks, or a seasonal opening tied to a fixed start date, most of what you bought expires unused. At €492 that is not a scandal, but it is money doing nothing.
Then the map. Through Join, InfoJobs is Spain and nowhere else. The board’s own footprint extends into Latin America; the inventory bookable here does not follow it. A role in Buenos Aires or Lima is a separate channel decision, and the shared language is exactly what makes people assume otherwise.
Where it sits in a Spanish plan
Anchor first, then coverage for what an anchor does not reach. For a single qualified hire in Spain, InfoJobs plus one professional network is usually the whole plan: the board brings the active field, the network reaches the people who are not looking.
Add an aggregator underneath when cost per vacancy has to stay low. High-volume retail, hospitality and logistics intakes qualify, because the field is large and the per-ad economics matter more than the polish of the shortlist. For graduate and entry-level intakes, run the aggregator first: the budget stretches further and that audience is well served there.
What does not work is treating the anchor as the optional part. A Spanish plan assembled entirely from the cheaper channels is a plan hoping that candidates who began their search on InfoJobs will wander off it before they finish.
What it costs
One rung, sixty days, and nothing above or below it. That removes the which-product question every other price ladder forces on you and leaves a harder one: is this vacancy worth two months on the board Spanish candidates open first? No board list price is recorded here, so there is no discount to point at either. What is left to weigh is runtime against your own process. Sixty days is generous for a permanent commercial or operations hire and mostly wasted on a backfill you expect to close in three weeks.

How to post a job to InfoJobs

- InfoJobs receives the ad and publishes it on its own schedule.
- Applications land in your Join pipeline alongside those from every other channel.
What InfoJobs requires in an ad
InfoJobs publishes rules an advert has to meet, and an ad that misses one can be rejected after you have paid for it. The requirements below are the ones that change how you write the posting — the linked pages are the full and current version.
- Age may not appear anywhere in the advert, not even as a range or a preference. This is stricter than a general non-discrimination clause.
- The advert may not screen on protected characteristics. The policy names age, gender and gender identity, religion, ethnicity, race, national origin, disability and sexual orientation. Local employment law applies on top of this and is the stricter test in most markets.
- Unpaid positions may not be advertised at all.
- Pay may not fall below the statutory minimum, and the advert must not contradict working-time law.
- Candidates may never be asked to pay a fee at any point in the process.
- Phone numbers, email addresses and postal addresses do not belong in the description — applications run through the platform's own fields. Note this is the opposite of LinkedIn's rule.
- Applying has to be straightforward. Routing candidates through extra sign-ups or off-site steps can get the ad removed.
- Whoever posts must be authorised by the company doing the hiring, and able to answer for the role.

Who it suits
sales, customer support, operations, marketing, hospitality and tech roles do best here.
It is a generalist, so it will take a vacancy from any field — but those are the families where the audience runs deepest, and where an ad has the best chance of being seen by someone qualified to answer it.
Posting via Join
InfoJobs is one of the 250+ paid platforms reachable through Join. You buy the product inside Join, so there is no separate contract, no separate invoice, and no separate login to maintain.
The advert leaves with the rest of your channels instead of from a separate account with the board. If you already hold your own agreement with InfoJobs, that contract can be used to publish through Join rather than buying the product a second time.
InfoJobs supports Quick Apply, so candidates apply in one click without leaving the board — worth up to 3x the applications of a standard click-through ad.
