LinkedIn offers three different commercial routes through Join: an organic listing, fixed-duration paid products and publication under an employer's existing contract. Start with the route already available to the business. Pro is the practical paid default when no deadline forces a shorter campaign; an existing contract should normally be used instead of buying reach twice.

The rung names mislead. Urgent has the shortest runtime and the worst rate per day, so it only earns its premium against a date that cannot move; the two longer rungs sit at roughly the same daily rate as each other. Buying Urgent with no deadline to hit is the most common way to overspend on this board.
| Product | Duration | Through Join |
|---|---|---|
| UrgentA focused 15-day campaign for straightforward roles that need a fast hire. | 15 days | €390 |
| ProBoosted visibility, one refresh and targeted matching for professional hires. | 30 days | €490 |
| UltimateMaximum visibility, two refreshes and automated invitations for hard-to-fill roles. | 45 days | €730 |

Publishing options
Organic
Join sends every published job to LinkedIn organically as part of the subscription, without a separate LinkedIn media purchase. Unlike LinkedIn's eligible direct free route, this is not limited to one active vacancy. Reach still depends on title quality, employer recognition and LinkedIn's distribution, so presence should not be mistaken for guaranteed exposure.
Contract
If the employer already holds an eligible LinkedIn contract, Join can publish into that inventory. LinkedIn continues to govern and bill the agreement; Join removes duplicate entry and keeps the vacancy workflow centralised. Use this route before buying the same channel again.
Paid
Fixed-duration products can be booked through Join when organic reach or existing inventory is insufficient. They add controlled placement for the selected runtime, but do not perform outbound sourcing or guarantee a qualified shortlist.
