Publish directly through XING's recruiting product or select XING while sending a vacancy from Join. Join supports an organic DACH listing and two paid formats. The direct route uses XING's purchase flow; the Join route keeps the advert and incoming applications with the wider hiring pipeline and selected job-board mix.
How to publish directly on XING
XING's direct route requires JobsManager access and available job-ad inventory. New buyers may receive the account invitation after checkout. Once access is ready, the form moves through job details, the structured description, advert design and type, and a final publication summary.
- Buy suitable inventory when none is available, wait for the JobsManager access email if this is a new account, then sign in and select Create XING job ad.
- Enter the title, employment type, seniority, occupational field and required experience, then add the primary location and any supported additional locations.
- Complete skills, salary information, the application option and contact person. Choose carefully where applications should be delivered before moving on.
- Write or import the structured description, complete the content checklist and adjust the design or company template while checking desktop and mobile previews.
- Select an available advert type from the company's inventory and verify that the format is eligible for the role and intended DACH market.
- On the confirmation screen, check the title, location, advert type, runtime and end date, make any final corrections and select Publish now.
How to publish on XING through Join
Create the vacancy once in Join and publish it to XING alongside your other selected channels. The advert, status changes and incoming applications stay attached to the same hiring pipeline.
- Write the vacancy once in Join.
- Publish the vacancy. Because XING supports organic distribution, Join sends it there organically by default as part of your Join subscription.
- XING receives the ad and publishes it on its own schedule.
- Applications land in your Join pipeline alongside those from every other channel.
