• Several years of experience as a (Client) Relationship Manager or a similar role.
• Preferably some experience in sales or at least owning a strong sales mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Easily build rapport with customers operating in a variety of industries.
• Ability to independently search and find new customers for our business.
• Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
• Highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience leading a team or aspiration to learn is preferred.
Knowledge of our industry and the market landscape is a big plus.
